– Kindly check the Quality & color of the item upon arrival. If it’s not suitable you can return it to the courier before paying while the courier awaits and only cover the shipping fees in that case.

 

-Items can’t be refunded Nor exchanged after the courier leaves.

 

For hygiene reasons, exchange is only offered within 48hrs of recieveing a defected scarf , provided it’s in it’s original condition, unworn and with tags on.
